As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide professional, efficient, administrative and secretarial support to the board and SLT
- Responsible for organising, running and recording a variety of meetings
- Managing records and correspondence to keep everything accurate and accessible
- Helping to drive strategic projects, making sure they’re on time and in the right format
- Providing excellent customer service and engagement with external stakeholders
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks such as managing shared inboxes, answering calls, and processing orders
We are looking for an Office Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar
- High attention to detail to ensure papers and minutes are of the highest quality
- Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently
