You’ll be liaising with customers to prepare documentation and agree installation dates! With a fantastic team and excellent career opportunities too… This is the role for you!
As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers to ensure necessary documentation is prepared
- Agreeing installation dates and times with customers and scheduling with engineers
- Ensuring the diary and scheduling systems are kept up to date
- Liaising with the technical team on any technical queries
- Maintaining the SLAs in line with the partner agreements
We are looking for an Office Administrator with the following skills and experience:
