We are looking for empathetic and excellent communicators to work within a fantastic medical company Managing appointments both pre and post operations to ensure a seamless client journey If you are looking for a role where you will be kept busy and no two days will be the same Keep reading to find out more… As a Service Co-Ordinator your responsibilities will include… * Coordinate patient procedures, appointments and pathways throughout their medical journey. * Liaise with surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre teams, nurses, wards, suppliers and partners. * Book procedures and coordinate theatre consumables, equipment, prostheses and implants. * Ensure pre- and post-operative requirements, follow-ups and revision procedures are completed. * Provide patients with clear communication, guidance and support, resolving queries to deliver an excellent experience. * Manage invoicing, administration and competing priorities, finding practical solutions to keep patient pathways running smoothly. We are looking for a Service Co-Ordinator with the following skills and experience… * Strong customer service skills with a people-first approach and confident communication. * Proactive, quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. * Empathetic and resilient when handling sensitive situations and working under pressure. * Confident with technology, numbers and basic invoicing, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. * Positive, energetic team player who can work independently and demonstrates a strong go-getter attitude.
