Are you an experienced New Business Executive who wants to put your people skills to good use? Can you engage confidently with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers? Well you’re in luck as we’re on the hunt for a New Business Executive who can connect with businesses and start great conversations!
You’ll be scouting for new clients using LinkedIn, online resources, and internal databases. As a New Business Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Finding & connecting with new business clients using databases, LinkedIn, online resources
- Contacting businesses via cold calling, email & LinkedIn messaging to book appointments
- Engaging confidently with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
- Logging and tracking all outreach in the CRM, ensuring follow-ups are handled properly
- Working with consultants to refine outreach strategy based on industry trends
- Monitoring lead generation progress and contribute to regular sales and pipeline reporting
We are looking for a New Business Executive with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Motivated by targets and capable of managing a structured calling schedule
- Organised, self-motivated, and resilient
- The ability to act with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in building relationships and engaging professionals via phone and online
In return, the successful New Business Executive will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus commission, and the following benefits:
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Death in service policy (2 x salary paid)
