As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services, including confidential documents
- Acting as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers
- Overseeing office access and visitor management, ensuring security procedures are followed
- Processing invoices, expenses and helping monitor office spend, manage office supplies and equipment
- Handling reception duties, calls, meeting room bookings and general enquiries
- Helping organise office events, celebrations and engagement activities
We are looking for an Office Assistant with the following skills and experience:
- A background in a professional office environment, e.g. legal, finance, corporate
- Experience in office management, facilities, administration, workplace coordination or reception
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, visitors and suppliers
- Experience handling invoices, budgets or purchasing is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Outstanding administration skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail
In return, the successful Office Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits:
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- NEST pension scheme
- Salary Sacrifice Contributions
- Employer contribution capped at 3%
