As a Business Development Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Win new wholesale, trade, and commercial customers through prospecting
- Focus on building relationships with interior designers, electricians etc
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline using networking and research
- Convert opportunities and grow existing accounts through repeat business
- Advise customers on product choices, pricing strategies and commercial offers
- Deliver against revenue, margin and growth targets
- Support trade events, campaigns and launches to drive brand visibility
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience:
- Proven success in B2B sales/business development
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to spot opportunities and get results
- Natural relationship builder with confident negotiation and influencing skills
- Comfortable presenting to trade and commercial customers
- Confident managing own territory and working independently
- Hungry, self-motivated, driven and focussed on delivering outcomes
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, plus the following benefits:
