As a Property Manager, your role and responsibilities will include…
- Full end-to-end management of a residential block portfolio
- Acting as the main point of contact for directors, leaseholders and stakeholders
- Communicating regular updates to leaseholders and residents
- Carrying out regular site inspections and arranging and overseeing contractors
- Working with the accounts team to keep budgets on track and approve spend
- Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulation (FRA, EICR, LOLER, etc)
- Managing insurance renewals and claims
We’re looking for a Property Manager with the following skills and experience…
- At least 4 years in residential block or estate management
- Proven experience in managing complex or multi-unit developments
- Working knowledge of service charge budgets and financial admin
- Confident handling directors, leaseholders and challenging situations
- IT literate with Excel and property management systems – Dwellant is ideal
- Full driving license and willingness to attend site visits
