As a Property Manager, your role and responsibilities will include…

  • Full end-to-end management of a residential block portfolio
  • Acting as the main point of contact for directors, leaseholders and stakeholders
  • Communicating regular updates to leaseholders and residents
  • Carrying out regular site inspections and arranging and overseeing contractors
  • Working with the accounts team to keep budgets on track and approve spend
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulation (FRA, EICR, LOLER, etc)
  • Managing insurance renewals and claims

We’re looking for a Property Manager with the following skills and experience…

  • At least 4 years in residential block or estate management
  • Proven experience in managing complex or multi-unit developments
  • Working knowledge of service charge budgets and financial admin
  • Confident handling directors, leaseholders and challenging situations
  • IT literate with Excel and property management systems – Dwellant is ideal
  • Full driving license and willingness to attend site visits
