As a Business Development Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include…
- Winning new installer customers through prospecting and networking
- Building & maintaining relationships with solar PV installers, EPCs & partners
- Presenting and promoting the product portfolio
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned installer accounts
- Proven experience in B2B sales, generating leads and on the road sales
- Ideally a background in solar, renewables, or electrical distribution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Organised, proactive, and good at managing your own pipeline
- Full UK Driving license
- Commission
