As a Business Development Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include…

  • Winning new installer customers through prospecting and networking
  • Building & maintaining relationships with solar PV installers, EPCs & partners
  • Presenting and promoting the product portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines
  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned installer accounts
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience…
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, generating leads and on the road sales
  • Ideally a background in solar, renewables, or electrical distribution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Organised, proactive, and good at managing your own pipeline
  • Full UK Driving license
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a salary of up to £45,000 with an OTE of £70,000 plus the following benefits…
