We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join a growing team that specialise in fit outs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, supporting day-to-day operations, and working collaboratively across different teams. As a Junior Project Coordinator, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage project procurement, suppliers, timelines, and approvals
- Research, recommend & implement new systems to improve efficiency
- Manage the rollout of new processes and technologies
- Design, document & embed scalable operational processes to support growth
- Work closely with the founders to identify any challenges & implement solutions
- Provide admin & organisational support e.g. diary management
- Act as a central point of coordination across the team
We’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator with the following skills and experience:
- Any project management/business operations qualifications are nice to have
- Transferable experience that evidences the skills & mindset required for the role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Notion) desirable
- Experience with a startup, SME, creative, design, construction is ideal
In return, the successful Junior Project Coordinator will receive a salary of up to £25,000 (FTE of £30,000) plus the following benefits:
- 4 day working week – 30 hours
