As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Proactively contacting customers over the phone and by email
- Continuously monitoring customer process, proactively addressing issues
- Supporting with quotations and preparing documentation
- Maintaining and updating customer data accurately within the CRM
- Networking and attending relevant events
Qualifications:
- Ideally 2 years' experience as an Account Manager
- Some IT based knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships
- Good spelling/grammar and confident using CRM systems
- Proactive, solution orientated mindset and able to identify areas for growth
- A full UK driver's licence and access to your own vehicle

In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of up to Β£35,000, plus the following benefits:
