As the IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the business
- Leading the management and maintenance of the INFOR ERP system
- Managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts, and business systems
- Maintaining IT security, backups, user access, and data protection standards
- Working with external IT providers and partners to resolve issues and deliver projects
We are looking for an IT Manager with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Manager, Head of IT, ERP Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting ERP systems (INFOR experience is highly desirable)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Experience providing hands-on IT support in a fast-paced business environment
- Confident in taking ownership of the company’s IT function
- Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience would be advantageous
In return, the successful IT Manager will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus the following benefits:
