As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, your roles and responsibilities will include…

• Producing and presenting of cost estimates, cost plans and pre-tender estimates
• Attending and presenting at regular meetings with the client and the design team
• Leading/supporting the successful delivery of projects
• Procurement and selection of the professional design team
• Guiding clients on smart procurement, and the best-fit contract for every project
• Managing of the tender process & production of tender reports including recommendations
• Producing regular post-contract cost reports and presenting to clients on a timely basis

We’re looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with the following skills and experience…

• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience but can be flexible
• Proven expertise in delivering top-tier quantity surveying support across all project stages
• BSc (Hons) and RICS preferred, with support available for those working towards chartership
• A team player with a ‘can-do’ and ‘muck-in’ attitude, with lots of get up and go!
• A natural problem solver who wants to disrupt the status quo and challenge to get results
• Professional, respectful and hardworking
• A driven self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team

In return, as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you’ll receive a salary of £40,000 – £45,000 plus the following benefits…
