As an Insurance Account Executive, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Managing/growing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention & satisfaction
- Generating revenue for the business and ensuring a quality service
- Proactively securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Developing bespoke solutions by working closely with underwriters and insurers
- Providing expert advice on tailored risk management and insurance products
- Conducting policy renewals, mid-term adjustments and claim assistance
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
We’re looking for an Insurance Account Executive with the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Insurance Account Executive or similar
- A Cert CII qualification is essential
- Diploma and/or ACII is desirable
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and FCA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bags of motivation, determination and passion
- Ambitious with the desire to succeed and grow
In return the successful Insurance Account Executive will receive a basic salary of £38,000 to £43,000, plus the following benefits:
- Company car
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (additional days holiday based of lengths of service)
- Private medical
- Life assurance cover
- Company pension (5% of salary)
