Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and assess damage to furniture, determining the most effective repair methods
  • Execute complex repairs on furniture types including upholstery, wooden, and metal items
  • Utilise advanced tools and techniques to restore furniture to a high standard
  • Conduct liability assessments & generate detailed reports using custom-built mobile app
  • Perform refinishing tasks, including staining, polishing, colour matching for wood and upholstery
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair scope, timelines, and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving License is required
  • Hands on experience in furniture repairs or restoration
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for detailed repair work
  • Great customer facing and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
