Responsibilities
- Diagnose and assess damage to furniture, determining the most effective repair methods
- Execute complex repairs on furniture types including upholstery, wooden, and metal items
- Utilise advanced tools and techniques to restore furniture to a high standard
- Conduct liability assessments & generate detailed reports using custom-built mobile app
- Perform refinishing tasks, including staining, polishing, colour matching for wood and upholstery
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair scope, timelines, and outcomes
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving License is required
- Hands on experience in furniture repairs or restoration
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for detailed repair work
- Great customer facing and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
