Known for their reliable, straightforward approach, they work with contractors, housing associations, local authorities, and property managers, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every project.
As a Service Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day tasks within the department
- Maintaining an effective planning system to control key aspects of service management
- Ensuring service & commissioning contracts are delivered on time & cost-effectively
- Identifying small works opportunities & organising pricing, quotations for & securing orders
- Ensuring the effective training, supervision & control of members of the Service Department
- Organising and being responsible for all necessary paperwork & reports
- Communicating effectively with the office on a daily basis
We’re looking for a Service Manager, with the following skills and experience:
- Relevant industry qualifications FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G etc.
- Previous experience with systems, Fire/CCTV/Access Control, etc is essential
- Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities & leading teams
- Able to work openly & co-operatively with others, including immediate project teams
- Self-motivated & the ability to organise own time effectively as well as to motivate others
- A clear criminal record with the ability to pass a CRB/DBS check & full industry screening
In return, the successful Service Manager will receive a salary of up to £55,000, plus the following benefits:
- Profit Margin Commission

- Additional days holiday for each year of service plus an additional day for your birthday
