Responsibilities:
- Managing and converting a high volume of inbound phone, email, and live chat enquiries, ensuring each customer receives a timely and solution-focused response.
- Utilise technology to ensure sales and account management expectations are met.
- Cross-sell and upsell products when it’s appropriate to increase sales.
- Support the business by covering Sales Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.
- Converting outbound opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Liaising with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or telesales experience is desirable but not essential with the right attitude.
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers.
- Excellent relationship building and client facing skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proven ability to convert leads into sales is preferred.
