As an Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include…

* Managing credit control activities, including debt chasing and payment tracking

* Supporting payroll processing

* Posting and reconciling bank transactions

* Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements

* Reviewing timesheets to support client billing and revenue capture

* Raising purchase orders and processing pro-forma invoices

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with the following skills and experience…

* Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a finance team is essential

* Sage experience is preferred but not essential

* Confident and self-aware with the ability to communicate professionally

* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
