As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify & develop new business opportunities through outreach/research
- Qualify leads and build a healthy, high-converting sales pipeline
- Positively engage with prospects and clients through effective communication
- Understand customer needs, asking questions and being inquisitive
- Build strong, lasting client relationships with collaboration
- Contribute ideas and energy to the agency’s continued growth
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience:
- Ideally at least 2-3 years of experience in business development (B2B)
- Experience within marketing or media is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cold-calling skills
- Happy to proactively call prospects & hold conversations with senior decision makers
- Proactive, positive, passionate, curious team-player that takes pride in their work
- Willingness to learn a slightly technical product and talk about it with authority
In return, the successful Business Development Manager will receive a salary of up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission OTE £55,000+, plus the following benefits:
