We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join a well-established, family-run business specialising in decorative, seasonal, and outdoor lighting. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver the B2B sales strategy in line with growth plans
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage CRM activity, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management
  • Build sales forecasts and track performance against targets
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Use LinkedIn to build relationships, generate leads, and support new business
  • Leading and coaching a sales team of four

We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience leading sales teams, ideally in electrical, lighting, or similar industries
  • Experience in an ecommerce/omnichannel/digitally led business would be desirable
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action and get things done
  • Great communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships easily
  • Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and using insights to improve performance
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and getting the best out of a team

In return, the successful Sales Manager will receive a basic salary between £40,000 - £45,000 plus the following benefits:
