As a Business Development Executive, you will be developing new business and building your own pipeline, travelling to events and consulting with planners to cover all aspects of the event!

As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing in new clients across events, exhibitions, brand activations, and live experiences
  • Selling a mix of event solutions including ticket scanning, staffing, tech, equipment hire, and photo/guest experience services
  • Building and managing a pipeline, developing relationships from initial conversation to end
  • Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything sold is delivered smoothly
  • Managing key accounts and turning projects into long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Supporting agency pitches and projects with input on logistics, staffing and timelines

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with the following skills and experience:

  • Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within events or similar
  • Confident building relationships and winning new business
  • Comfortable taking a consultative approach - understanding needs and shaping solutions
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organised, proactive, and good at managing your own pipeline
  • Open to travel for meetings, events, and site visits

In return, the successful Business Development Executive will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (£40K OTE), plus the following benefits:
