As a Business Development Executive, you will be developing new business and building your own pipeline, travelling to events and consulting with planners to cover all aspects of the event.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bringing in new clients across events, exhibitions, brand activations, and live experiences
- Selling a mix of event solutions including ticket scanning, staffing, tech, equipment hire, and photo/guest experience services
- Building and managing a pipeline, developing relationships from initial conversation to end
- Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything sold is delivered smoothly
- Managing key accounts and turning projects into long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Supporting agency pitches and projects with input on logistics, staffing and timelines
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with the following skills and experience:
- Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within events or similar
- Confident building relationships and winning new business
- Comfortable taking a consultative approach - understanding needs and shaping solutions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organised, proactive, and good at managing your own pipeline
- Open to travel for meetings, events, and site visits
In return, the successful Business Development Executive will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
