As a Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include...
- Processing purchase ledger invoices across a range of clients
- Matching supplier payments and keeping the ledger reconciled
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Maintaining accurate financial records and keep client books tidy
- Liaising with clients to chase records and resolve queries
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day bookkeeper duties
We are looking for a Bookkeeper with the following skills and experience...
- Ideally 5 years' experience in a bookkeeping role or similar
- Some experience working within an accountancy practice
- Payroll knowledge is preferable including PAYE process
- AAT qualified (Level 3 or 4) or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Confident managing purchase ledger, reconciliations and VAT returns
- High energy, positive, personable with great customer service
- Driven, super organised with excellent time management skills
In return, the successful Bookkeeper will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, plus the following benefits...
