As an Energy Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Entering and validating electricity, gas and water invoices
- Submitting monthly validation and query reports to customers
- Uploading energy consumption data to the inhouse platform
- Ensure billing errors are corrected by the suppliers
- Delivering high quality customer service
- Requesting meter readings and submitting to suppliers
We’re looking for an Energy Analyst with the following skills and experience:
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience working within the energy industry
- Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Great communication skills and customer orientated
- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of UK electricity and gas charge band structures
- Background in data entry or administrative processing
In return, the successful Energy Analyst will receive a salary of £33,000 to £38,000, plus the following benefits:
