As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include… * Organising and cleaning up cloud computing assets within an Azure environment * Owning patching, maintenance and security hygiene * Maintaining SQL Server backups, performance, index and query health * Implementing effective monitoring and alerting across the estate * Improving Azure cost control, platform speed and resilience * Become a go-to owner for cloud operations, reducing key-person dependency We’re looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician with the following skills and experience… * Open to a 1st/2nd Line Support or Infrastructure Engineer with basic Azure experience * Hands-on Cloud exposure through work, hobby projects or personal learning * Networking fundamentals e.g. VNets/subnets, DNS, firewalls and private endpoints * SQL Server basics e.g. backup/restore, indexes and investigating slow queries * Curious, hands-on and motivated by a challenge * Qualifications are not essential - attitude, curiosity and learning mindset matters In return, the successful 1st Line IT Support Technician will receive a salary of up to £30,000, plus the following benefits… * Bonus Scheme * Bupa Healthcare * Training opportunities * Team events Does this sound like an absolutely amazing 1st Line IT Support Technician role to you?
