If you’re great at building relationships over the phone, organised and have great attention to detail then this could be the role for you!

As a Customer Service Advisor, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of payment packs, including all relevant documentation
  • Make sure that the recovery of payments happens within SLAs
  • Work with various systems including case management, Excel & portal systems
  • Manage your own diary and caseload
  • Ensure that payment packs are created to the highest standard

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or similar
  • An understanding of credit hire is desirable
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with great communication skills
  • A strong decision maker and problem solver
  • IT literate, with experience with MS Office
  • Personable, positive, empathetic and compassionate

In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £25,500 to £30,000 plus the following benefits:
