We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join a well-established, family-run business specialising in decorative, seasonal, and outdoor lighting. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the B2B sales strategy in line with growth plans
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
- Manage CRM activity, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management
- Build sales forecasts and track performance against targets
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Use LinkedIn to build relationships, generate leads, and support new business
- Leading and coaching a sales team of four
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales teams, ideally in electrical, lighting, or similar industries
- Experience in an ecommerce/omnichannel/digitally led business would be desirable
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action and get things done
- Great communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships easily
- Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and using insights to improve performance
- Hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and getting the best out of a team
