As a Senior Accountant, your roles and responsibilities will include…
- Managing a portfolio of GP practices and healthcare professionals
- Building and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Reviewing statutory accounts prepared by junior team members
- Preparing and review accounts for businesses and sole traders
- Reviewing tax returns and provide advice on tax planning opportunities
- Advising on GP partnerships, NHS pensions, superannuation and PCNs
- Managing daily workloads, allocate tasks and review completed work
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant, with the following skills and experience…
- Part/full ACA/ACCA qualified is ideal, or qualified by experience
- At least 5 years' UK accountancy knowledge
- Strong technical accounting and UK tax knowledge
- Experience with Xero, Sage and Excel
- Strong, accurate and detail focused
- Good attention to detail and able to juggle multiple deadlines
- GP, NHS, consultant or locum experience is a bonus
