As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing completion statements accurately
- Paying suppliers and assisting with payment processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Inputting financial data onto internal systems
- Chasing outstanding invoices and payments and taking and processing card payments
- Setting and monitoring payment dates
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with the following skills and experience:
- Previous accounts or finance administration experience
- Strong numerical and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- Confident communication skills
In return, the successful Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of £24,000-£29,000 (pro-rata’d), plus the following benefits:
