From processing customers’ orders to managing accounts and coordinating stock, keeping customers updated playing a key role in customer experience

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales & operations lead
• Process customer quotations and orders accurately from enquiry to completion
• Maintain accurate customer, order and account records within Odoo
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver orders on time and resolve issues
• Monitor stock, complete key paperwork and identify process improvements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or customer service
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident handling customer queries in a professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with IT systems and able to manage multiple priorities
• Accountable, efficient and accurate when working under pressure

In return, the successful Sales Support Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 - £28,000, plus the following benefits:
