Fresh People are recruiting for a well-established fresh produce business based in Maidstone, Kent, operating within a fast-paced and time-critical FMCG supply chain. Due to continued growth and commercial demand, a Procurement Manager is required to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing procurement activity and supporting the delivery of commercial, operational, and supply chain objectives.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end procurement process, working closely with suppliers, growers, and internal teams to ensure consistent supply, product quality, and commercial performance. You will play a key role in developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate planning, pricing, and reporting across the supply chain.
