Fresh People are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services firm undergoing significant expansion across the South East and Central London. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Tax Partner or senior tax leader to join a business at a transformational stage, with the opportunity to shape and lead the firm’s tax offering as part of a wider 5-year growth strategy. The firm is looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial tax professional who can bring strong technical expertise, client relationship capability and leadership experience. This role will play a key part in developing the tax function, driving revenue growth, supporting acquisitions and building a high-performing team. The role can be based from either Canterbury, Kent or Mayfair, London.
The Role
As Tax Partner, you will take ownership of the tax function, leading both strategy and operational delivery. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and growing the firm’s tax offering across corporate, personal and advisory services
- Driving business development activity and winning new client relationships
- Managing and developing a portfolio of high-value clients including SMEs, OMBs and corporates
