We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Tax Adviser to join a well-established and growing professional services firm based in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in their career, working with a varied client portfolio across personal and corporate tax matters while gaining exposure to advisory work.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns and corporation tax computations
- Providing tax compliance services and ensuring statutory deadlines are met
- Liaising directly with clients, HMRC and internal stakeholders
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory assignments
- Assisting with HMRC enquiries and compliance matters
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
About You
- ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice or professional services environment
- Strong personal and/or corporate tax experience
