Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of a global fresh produce business based in Dartford, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and highly successful operation working within the fresh produce supply chain, supporting the movement of product from packhouse through to customer. The role is fully site-based and includes working every other weekend.

The Role

Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Sales Team, Warehouse and Logistics teams, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory, forecasting, inbound logistics and product movement to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This is a highly operational role requiring strong organisation, communication and analytical skills within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory, stock movements and distribution processes
  • Coordinating inbound containers, transport, documentation and customs clearance
  • Maintaining accurate customer forecasts and inventory records
  • Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure correct pallet allocation and outloading preparation
  • Supporting inventory control processes
