Fresh People are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a highly successful and growing fresh produce business based in Maidstone in Kent. This business has experienced significant growth over the past four years and is now a recognised market leader in sourcing, production and distribution of fresh produce to major UK retailers. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven individual to take ownership of key customer accounts and drive strategic growth.

The Role

As Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial management and strategic development of key retail accounts, driving sales, volume and margin growth through strong category management, collaborative planning and cross-functional coordination. This role would suit someone currently operating as a Commercial Executive, Junior Commercial Manager or Account Manager within fresh produce or FMCG, looking to take the next step in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
