Extrusion Manager

Extrusion Manager Fresh People are currently recruiting for an Extrusion Manager on behalf of a long-established manufacturing business based in East Kent. This is a key leadership role within the production team, focused on managing extrusion operations, driving team performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent, weekend flexibility required. The Candidate We are looking for an experienced production leader from a manufacturing background — ideally with exposure to extrusion, plastics, or related high-output processes. You’ll need a hands-on approach, strong people management skills, and a drive to improve efficiency, safety, and team capability.
