We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional financial services firm entering an exciting phase of expansion across the South East and London. As part of this growth, a newly created Business Development Manager role has been established within the firm's central Growth team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, to drive new client acquisition and play a key role in scaling the business.

The Role

Working as part of a dedicated Growth function, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across targeted sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing lead generation strategies in collaboration with marketing
  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients across key markets
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, introducers and industry contacts
  • Working closely with Partners to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships
  • Supporting the sales process with insights and market intelligence
