Fresh People are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director within a privately owned, multi-site business based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business, supporting high-profile partners and liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The Role

You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing high-level executive and personal support in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on cost control and value for money.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Extensive inbox management and meeting coordination
  • Complex, demanding, and constantly changing diary management
  • Coordination of UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Management of projects under strict and often changing timelines
  • Stakeholder management, developing strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and advisors
  • Preparation of presentations and documentation, requiring excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Proofreading and quality checking of correspondence and materials

About You

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders

  • Strong diary, inbox, and travel management experience
  • Excellent PC skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
