Fresh People are currently recruiting for Production Line Leaders to join a well-established and successful fresh produce business based near Canterbury, Kent. We are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals with experience working within a fast-paced production or packing environment. As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy packing line, coordinating team members and ensuring production targets are consistently achieved without compromising on quality, efficiency or safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of production and packing lines, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Coordinate and support packing operatives to achieve daily production targets and KPIs. Ensure products are packed efficiently, accurately and to the required customer quality standards. Monitor machinery performance, support changeovers and report any faults to the engineering team. Identify opportunities to minimise downtime, reduce waste and improve overall line efficiency. Maintain accurate production records, including works orders, packaging usage, waste and downtime. Ensure packaging traceability and compliance with production procedures.
