We're looking for a proactive and quality-focused Berry Product Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the movement and quality of fresh produce particularly berries through packing and distribution facilities.
  • Liaising daily with growers, packers, production teams, and commercial colleagues to uphold product standards.
  • Organising and supporting product sampling, trials, and new packaging initiatives.
  • Monitoring product shelf life and reporting any quality issues or trends to technical teams.
  • Participating in key meetings and contributing to quality and availability decision-making.
  • Acting as a key contact during customer visits and ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout the process.
  • Deputising for team members when required and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

  • Experience in a product or quality role within the fresh produce, food manufacturing, or agricultural sectors.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
