This is far more than a traditional Partner position.

You'll become part of a business with ambitious growth plans, backed by private equity investment, where strategic thinking, commercial leadership and business development are equally as important as technical excellence.

The existing tax division already includes specialist expertise across Personal Tax and Transaction Tax, and this appointment will strengthen the firm's wider Corporate Tax capability.

Support organisational growth through acquisitions and integration projects.

Work collaboratively with fellow Partners and the Executive Leadership Team.

Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the business.

About You We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded tax leader who enjoys building client relationships and developing high-performing teams.

You'll ideally have: CTA qualified (ACA or ACCA also highly desirable).

Significant experience operating at Director or Partner level within professional practice.

Strong technical expertise across Corporation Tax, VAT, Capital Taxes, IHT and Corporate Tax Advisory.

Proven business development and client relationship management experience.

Experience leading and developing successful tax teams.

A strategic mindset with the ability to influence business direction.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience within a growing or acquisitive business would be advantageous.

What's on Offer Salary up to £200,000 depending on experience.

Genuine Board-level influence.

Opportunity to shape and build a growing tax division.

Join a business with a clear long-term growth strategy backed by private equity investment.

Why Apply? If you're an experienced Corporate Tax Partner looking for more than a traditional practice role, this represents a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding professional services business.

You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, develop specialist service lines, lead talented teams and play a key role in an ambitious five-year growth journey.
