We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Fresh Produce business for an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to lead overnight warehouse, packhouse and operational activities at a busy, fast-paced site in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or an ambitious Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to take the next step into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all night shift warehouse, packhouse and operational activities.

Manage and develop operational teams to achieve productivity and service targets.

Ensure Health & Safety, BRC, HACCP and food safety standards are maintained.

Oversee labour planning, stock accuracy, intake and dispatch operations.

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

Work closely with Planning, Quality and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Experience Required

Experience within Fresh Produce, food manufacturing or FMCG operations.

Previous experience managing or supervising teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Strong understanding of Health & Safety, food safety and quality standards.

Experience managing KPIs, labour planning and operational performance.

Confident using WMS, ERP or warehouse management systems.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
