The role - Health & Safety Adviser
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Adviser to join a successful and fast-paced business operating across multiple sites in Kent whilst being based in East Kent . Working closely with operational teams and senior management, you will provide practical, hands-on Health & Safety support across the business, helping to maintain high standards of compliance while continuing to develop a positive and proactive safety culture. Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions
Monitor H&S performance and identify areas for improvement
Support the completion and review of COSHH assessments
Deliver H&S briefings, toolbox talks and training where required
Work closely with operational teams to ensure Health & Safety is embedded into everyday working practices
Maintain accurate H&S documentation, records and reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the sites
Promote a positive safety culture and encourage employee engagement at all levels
