This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll help manage key procurement activities, drive margin performance, and develop supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver against key business targets around margin, waste, and profitability
- Manage procurement activities for designated countries and product areas
- Support product costing, pricing, and programming using internal systems
- Build and maintain strong supplier and agent relationships
- Ensure accurate and timely claim management and costing updates
- Contribute to commercial strategy including Packing at Source and Direct to Depot initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise the end-to-end supply chain
- Drive innovation and challenge the cost chain to deliver competitive advantage
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a commercial, procurement or supply chain role (ideally in fresh produce, food, or FMCG)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using MRP or ERP systems (e.g. Prophet)
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially astute
