This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to kickstart or continue their career in account management within the food and fresh produce sector. You\’ll support key retail accounts, work closely with supply chain and technical teams, and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to customers.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting the commercial team in managing and developing major retail accounts

• Helping to implement joint category plans and drive sales growth

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery

• Managing customer data, reports, and product coding

• Supporting new product launches and promotional planning

• Monitoring availability, benchmarking retail performance, and maintaining accurate forecasts

What Were Looking For:

• A motivated, detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills

• Strong Excel and data handling skills

• A collaborative team player who can juggle multiple priorities

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role ideally within fresh produce, FMCG, or food sectors

• Familiarity with systems like Prophet or customer portals is desirable but not essential
