Salary: $23.50 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Office, Rural area, Supermarket/grocery store

Responsibilities:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Prepare reports
