Who we are
Established in 2007, Fresh Locations is a well-respected London location agency representing a diverse collection of unique properties for film, television, commercials and photoshoots. Based in Richmond, we’re a small team of five working in a dog-friendly office.
The Role
This is an office-based role where you’ll manage your own inbox, responding to clients’ location briefs and suggesting suitable properties for shoots from our library. You’ll liaise with location owners and clients to check availability, negotiate fees, coordinate recces, and issue contracts and invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries and coordinate location bookings by phone and email.
- Negotiate fees and prepare quotes in line with project requirements.
- Handle invoicing and associated booking administration.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and property owners.
About You
- At least two years’ experience in artist management, production, bookings or a similar role.
- A good understanding of production processes, alongside knowledge of companies and clients across advertising, fashion, beauty, editorial and film.
- Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, but also enjoying working collaboratively as part of a small team.
- An interest in interiors, architecture and unique locations would be a bonus!
