Job Description
Our client specialises in the Design and Build of luxury residential Gardens and Landscape projects in the super prime residential market. As a company renowned within the industry, they are expected to delivery faultless service standards to the most discerning of clientele.\\n\\nGrowth of the aftersales and client care division requires the strengthening of the Maintenance services offered through the appointment of a Maintenance Manager for projects predominantly located in prestige areas of Central and West London\\n\\nYour role will be to nurture a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of effectiveness and communication within the office team and with the clients.\\n\\nAs Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include the day to day client care and effective management of the projects within your portfolio. This will involve managing the workforce, including direct employees, sub contract labour and specialist sub contractors in relation to the effective upkeep and ongoing works within your projects.\\n\\nDelivery of the projects to the companys exemplary and demanding quality plans is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to produce monthly reports for the clients, and record progress within the gardens.\\n\\nA successful Maintenance Manager should also have experience with a variety of office software including email tools, excel spread sheets, and be enthusiastic about learning new skills in a dynamic and creative working environment.\\n\\nThe successful candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years experience of maintaining private gardens in a luxury market, including 3 to 5 years in a similar role. A complete understanding of horticulture along with appropriate qualifications is essential. A good working knowledge of pests and diseases is essential in being able to apply this knowledge in real life applications.\\n\\nUltimately the Maintenance Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the Maintenance Division and contribute to the organisational effectiveness of the company while managing a small team of 3 to 4 people.\\n\\nStrong organisational skills and time management along with a natural proficiency in written and verbal communication will be an integral part of the successful candidates skill set as well as being able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.\\n\\nHours of work will be from 8am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday.\\n\\nJob Type: Full-time\\n\\nPay: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Company events\\n\\n * Company pension\\n\\n * Free parking\\n\\n * On-site parking\\n\\nSchedule:\\n\\n * Monday to Friday\\n\\nExperience:\\n\\n * Horticulture: 7 years (preferred)\\n\\nLicence/Certification:\\n\\n * Driving Licence (required)
