Our Oxfordshire-based client has been delivering high-quality, bespoke garden design, landscaping and maintenance services for over 10 years. With a highly skilled and passionate team covering design, landscaping, carpentry and garden maintenance, they take great pride in their work and value the long-lasting relationships they build with their clients.
They are now looking for Skilled Gardeners to join their growing team.
The Role
You will be working primarily in teams of two, although solo work may be required depending on garden needs. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication with both clients and colleagues.
Although you will already be an experienced gardener with good plant knowledge, the company offers ongoing training and specialist courses, with clear opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine garden care and maintenance, including:
- Grass cutting, hedge cutting, bed work, pruning, fertilising and pest control
- Safe access solutions, mulching, irrigation, plant supports and wiring
- Client liaison, ongoing maintenance and remedial work
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 yearβs experience in a similar gardening role
- Good understanding of basic health and safety practices
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Degree or diploma in horticulture preferred or equivalent experience/qualifications in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
- PA1 and PA6 pesticide certificates preferred (training provided if required)

Working Hours: The hours of work are 07:30 - 04:30, Monday to Friday. Working days include 1 hour of unpaid break. 20 days of paid annual leave, plus UK bank holidays.
