Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced landscaper, gardener, or groundworker who wants to broaden their skills and take on more responsibilities. Previous experience with invasive plants is a plus but not essential. The job is based on-site and involves some manual work, so you need to be fit. You will also need to travel for short periods to help with jobs and support other teams across the UK.

Responsibilities:
* The job involves the removal and/or herbicide treatment of invasive plants such as Japanese knotweed and bamboo from both domestic and commercial properties. We planting, pruning, and vegetation clearance, mainly as part of reinstatement works.
* You will be responsible for running all works on site, ensuring Environet’s high standards are met, whilst ensuring jobs are completed on time and on budget.
* You will need to Build rapport with our customers, engaging them and keeping them informed on progress during works and monitoring visits.
* Complete and sign off site paperwork
* Work closely with our office-based Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth running of jobs
* Manage, train and encourage site team, including subcontractors as necessary
