The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Location: London, both at the office in SW, and on-site (predominantly inner London but potentially anywhere in London or the Home Counties). A full UK driving licence is required.

Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday.

Our client specialises in the design and construction of luxury residential gardens and landscape projects within the super-prime residential market. Renowned within the industry for exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, they are committed to delivering faultless service standards to the most discerning clientele.

Due to continued growth within our aftercare and client care division, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of predominantly Central London projects.

The Role

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end private residential gardens, ensuring each project is maintained to the company’s exacting standards. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong horticultural knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent organisation.

You will lead and support the in-house maintenance team while coordinating specialist subcontractors where required. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive and professional working environment, maintaining excellent communication with both clients and colleagues, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the maintenance team.
